1. INTRODUCTION & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By making a Member Contribution, establishing a member account, accessing member-only areas, or otherwise enrolling in The Practical Mystic Holistic Wellness Club (“TPM Holistic Wellness Club” or “the Club”), you voluntarily apply for membership and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions, together with applicable Privacy Policies, informed-consent forms, disclaimers, community guidelines, contribution and cancellation terms, and service-specific agreements.
Fefe The Practical Mystic (“FPM”) operates and provides educational, personal-development, and holistic wellness offerings associated with TPM Holistic Wellness Club.
Membership is voluntary and is intended to create a private, intentional community where members may associate, learn, exchange ideas, access holistic wellness education and resources, and participate in offerings made available through the Club.
Unless additional review is required or you are notified otherwise, membership will generally be considered accepted following successful registration and receipt of the applicable Member Contribution.
PART I — OUR ASSOCIATION, PURPOSE & PRINCIPLES
2. DECLARATION OF PURPOSE & FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
TPM Holistic Wellness Club is formed as an intentional association of members who voluntarily choose to gather, learn, communicate, exchange ideas, and support one another around holistic wellness, personal development, self-awareness, transformation, and sacred living.
For members within the United States, the Club recognizes and values the civil liberties and constitutional guarantees reflected in the Constitution of the United States of America, including principles of freedom of speech, peaceful assembly, petition, belief, and association.
We believe these freedoms provide important space for individuals to gather lawfully, exchange ideas, ask questions, learn from one another, explore different perspectives, and make informed personal choices.
The Club therefore values the principle of freedom of association reflected in the First Amendment and other applicable constitutional and legal protections.
Members voluntarily choose to associate with FPM, educators, practitioners, contributors, and fellow members for lawful educational, informational, personal-development, spiritual, and general wellness purposes.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as claiming that private membership eliminates obligations imposed by otherwise applicable law.
3. PERSONAL AUTONOMY, CHOICE & EDUCATION
The Club recognizes the dignity, autonomy, and personal responsibility of each member.
We support the freedom of individuals to learn about different philosophies, traditions, products, foods, herbs, lifestyle practices, self-help modalities, wellness practices, and approaches to personal development.
Members are encouraged to perform their own research, study different resources, ask questions, exercise discernment, and seek appropriately qualified professional guidance when needed.
Our members may explore traditional and nontraditional, conventional and complementary perspectives.
Providing a forum in which a subject or modality may be discussed does not constitute an endorsement, medical prescription, or representation that the modality is appropriate for every individual.
Each member ultimately determines which lawful educational and wellness practices they wish to explore.
4. PURPOSE & MISSION OF TPM HOLISTIC WELLNESS CLUB
TPM Holistic Wellness Club exists to create an intentional and supportive sacred space for individuals interested in:
• Holistic living
• Whole-person wellness

• Emotional wellness and self-concept
• Herbs and botanical traditions

Our mission is to educate and empower members to become informed and active participants in their own wellness and personal transformation.
We recognize that wellness can have physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, relational, behavioral, and lifestyle dimensions.
The Club seeks to provide members with educational resources, perspectives, experiences, and opportunities that encourage curiosity, self-awareness, personal responsibility, and informed choice.
PART II — ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
5. ELIGIBILITY
Unless a specific offering expressly permits participation by a minor with appropriate parent or legal guardian consent, individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years old to independently establish membership.
Membership is not limited to residents or citizens of the United States.
International Members Are Welcome
Individuals residing outside the United States are welcome to apply for membership in TPM Holistic Wellness Club.
International members acknowledge that laws concerning holistic wellness, herbs, supplements, wellness education, privacy, consumer rights, and other subjects may differ by country.
Members remain responsible for understanding laws and requirements applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.
Nothing provided through membership represents that every product, modality, educational practice, or offering discussed by the Club is legally available or appropriate in every country.
6. INCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP
The Club welcomes individuals who are aligned with its principles and willing to respect its community standards.
Membership is open without discrimination based upon race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or other status protected by applicable law.
Members are not required to share identical religious, spiritual, philosophical, political, medical, or wellness beliefs.
Respectful disagreement, questioning, discernment, and exploration are welcome.
7. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
Creating an account and making the applicable Member Contribution constitutes an application for membership.
Unless additional review is required or the applicant is notified otherwise, membership will generally be considered accepted after successful registration and receipt of the applicable Member Contribution.
TPM Holistic Wellness Club and FPM reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to accept or decline an application when reasonably determined to be appropriate for the Club and its community.
If an initial application is declined before membership access has been provided, any applicable required Member Contribution already processed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. ACCURATE INFORMATION

Members may not intentionally:
• Impersonate another individual

PART IV — EDUCATIONAL & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
12. IMPORTANT PRACTITIONER DISCLAIMER
FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club are independent holistic wellness and educational entities.
Fefe The Practical Mystic strongly emphasizes to all members, viewers, readers, listeners, and participants that FPM is not a licensed medical doctor or physician and does not represent herself as one.
FPM does not practice medicine, diagnose disease, prescribe pharmaceutical medications, or claim to cure disease.
FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club are not part of or representatives of the conventional medical establishment.
Unless an affiliation, sponsorship, or commercial relationship is expressly disclosed, FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club are not sponsored by, employed by, or affiliated with pharmaceutical companies or pharmaceutical drug-treatment programs.
This independence should not be interpreted as an instruction to reject medically necessary care, prescribed medication, or appropriate treatment from licensed healthcare professionals.
13. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All information, materials, courses, discussions, observations, assessments, recommendations, protocols, resources, videos, audio recordings, written materials, consultations, workshops, and other Club content are provided solely for:
• Education

FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club do not prescribe medications or remedies for the treatment of disease.
Club information is not a substitute for medically necessary examinations, diagnostic testing, diagnosis, treatment, mental-health services, or other care from appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
14. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
Membership, consultations, communications, courses, assessments, or other participation with FPM or TPM Holistic Wellness Club do not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
The relationship is an at-will educational, supportive, empowering, personal-development, and holistic wellness relationship.
Members remain responsible for their own healthcare and wellness decisions.
15. PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE
Members should consult appropriately licensed healthcare professionals when experiencing symptoms, managing medical conditions, taking prescription medication, considering significant dietary or fasting practices, using herbs or supplements that could interact with medication, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or whenever medical evaluation may be appropriate.
Members should not discontinue, reduce, replace, or alter prescribed medications or medically necessary treatment solely because of information received through FPM or TPM Holistic Wellness Club.
Members remain responsible for decisions concerning their medical care.
16. IRIDOLOGY
Iridology observations offered through the Club are holistic educational and wellness services.
FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club do not represent iridology as a medical diagnostic test.
Iridology should not be relied upon to determine whether a member has or does not have a disease or medical condition.
Educational observations of the eyes are intended to encourage self-awareness and holistic wellness education.
17. HERBS, BOTANICALS, FASTING & DETOXIFICATION EDUCATION
Club education may discuss herbs, botanical preparations, foods, supplements, fasting, detoxification concepts, traditional practices, and other holistic modalities.
Such discussions are educational and are not prescriptions for treatment of disease.
Individual responses vary, and some practices or substances may interact with medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, or individual circumstances.
Members should exercise informed judgment and obtain appropriate professional guidance when needed.
18. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY & INFORMED CHOICE
Participation is voluntary.
Members are encouraged to:
• Ask questions
• Conduct independent research

19. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club make no guarantee concerning individual outcomes.
Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, lifestyle, fertility, skin, weight, detoxification, personal-development, and other experiences vary between individuals.
Testimonials, transformation photographs, case studies, and member stories represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another member will achieve identical or similar results.
PART V — MEMBERSHIP STATUS & MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS
20. ONCE A MEMBER, ALWAYS A MEMBER
Once a member, always a member.
Once accepted, an individual remains recognized as a member unless they voluntarily withdraw, request account deletion, cancel their Club access, or their membership is terminated according to these Terms.
Recognition as a member and active membership access are separate.
A member who does not renew their annual Member Contribution may remain recognized as a member but may lose access to active-member benefits, private spaces, services, platforms, courses, programs, applications, and features.
21. ANNUAL MEMBER CONTRIBUTION
To maintain active membership access, members make an annual:
Member Contribution: $22.22 per year
Member Contributions help support the upkeep and maintenance of the Club and our shared sacred spaces, including:
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Private member platforms
• Educational resources
• Courses and programs
• Associated applications
• Digital tools
• Member features
• Technology and software
• Administrative and operational expenses
• Development of future educational resources
• Maintenance and growth of our sacred community space.
22. RENEWAL
The Club will disclose during enrollment whether the annual Member Contribution renews automatically or requires manual renewal.
If automatic renewal is selected, the member authorizes the applicable annual Member Contribution according to the renewal terms disclosed at enrollment.
Members may cancel future renewal according to available account or website procedures.
23. CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY
Members may cancel active membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal Member Contributions where applicable.
However, once the annual Member Contribution has been made and membership has been activated, the Member Contribution is non-refundable, including when a member chooses to cancel before the end of the annual membership period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation does not retroactively reverse membership access already provided.
24. ADDITIONAL MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS
The annual $22.22 Member Contribution does not include every Club offering.
Consultations, personalized wellness assessments, iridology reports, individualized educational protocols, transformation support, coaching, specialized programs, courses, products, herbs, workshops, events, or other offerings may require additional Member Contributions.
The applicable contribution will be communicated before participation.
Some offerings may use required, suggested, sliding-scale, or pay-what-you-can Member Contributions. The nature of the contribution will be disclosed before participation.
25. VOLUNTARY MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS
Members may voluntarily make additional Member Contributions to support TPM Holistic Wellness Club, its educational mission, sacred spaces, programs, technology, resources, and continued development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Member Contributions should not be considered charitable or tax-deductible donations.

Members agree not to record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, or distribute another member’s private information without permission.
Because members are independent individuals, the Club cannot guarantee that another member will always honor these expectations. Members should exercise discretion regarding information shared in community environments.
PART VII — CLUB DISCRETION, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
28. RIGHT TO DENY OR RESTRICT ACCESS
Fefe The Practical Mystic and The Practical Mystic Holistic Wellness Club reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deny, limit, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or terminate access to membership, services, consultations, courses, programs, community spaces, applications, resources, or other Club offerings at any time when FPM or the Club determines that doing so is reasonably appropriate to protect the Club, its members, its operations, its boundaries, or the integrity of its sacred space.
Where permitted by applicable law, FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club are not required to provide a detailed explanation for the exercise of this discretion.
Nothing in these Terms requires FPM to enter into or continue an individual practitioner-member relationship when FPM determines that the relationship is no longer appropriate, productive, safe, aligned, or within the scope of the services FPM chooses to provide.
29. TERMINATION FOR COMMUNITY GUIDELINE VIOLATIONS
Membership or access may be immediately suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or the Community Code of Conduct.

Membership does not automatically authorize FPM or TPM Holistic Wellness Club to publicly disclose a member’s personal wellness information, photographs, testimonials, or transformation story.
31. TESTIMONIALS & TRANSFORMATION MATERIALS
Joining the Club does not automatically grant permission to publicly use a member’s name, photographs, health or wellness information, transformation story, testimonial, before-and-after images, or other identifiable experiences.
Separate permission or consent will be obtained when appropriate.
Participation in testimonials is voluntary.
32. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Courses, questionnaires, protocols, educational materials, reports, videos, graphics, methodologies, written resources, worksheets, recordings, presentations, and other original Club materials may constitute protected intellectual property.
Membership provides access for personal and educational use unless otherwise expressly authorized.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, sublicense, commercially exploit, upload, teach from, or redistribute protected materials without written authorization.
33. RESPONSIBLE USE OF INFORMATION
Members agree to use Club information responsibly.
Neither FPM nor TPM Holistic Wellness Club authorizes members to represent educational information received through the Club as individualized medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FPM and TPM Holistic Wellness Club are not responsible for consequences resulting from unauthorized, negligent, unintended, or intentional misuse of Club educational materials.
Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

TPM Holistic Wellness Club may periodically update these Membership Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in the Club, its offerings, operations, technology, community, or applicable requirements.
