God isn’t separate from us: God and I are One

God isn’t separate from us.God and I are One!

We often project both our light and our darkness onto others, instead of embracing ourselves fully and wholly.

As humans, our egos become attached to dogmatic perspectives, convincing us that they represent the ultimate truth when, in reality, they are merely our personal, flesh-based interpretations. That’s not to say these perspectives aren’t true, but are they truly serving you? When we see someone as a villain, we also unconsciously cast someone else as a victim or hero, reinforcing this narrative and keeping the story alive. We get trapped in this echo chamber, playing out the same script over and over.

The truth is, we always have the choice to change the story. The power to choose a narrative that serves us was and is always inside us.

We tend to separate and deny the darkness that fuels our light, failing to recognize that it is an integral part of the oneness we embody. Before God said, "Let there be light," there had to be darkness. Yet we often demonize darkness, forgetting that it holds infinite potential. It simply "is"—it is in the "I Am," and always has been. ( divine feminine )

Darkness is what gives birth to light. Darkness doesn’t exist without light, and light cannot exist without darkness.

Separation is part of creation process but not who we are. It also apart of what we need to do to find out that we are one with the all just experience one self. ( that only reason illusion of separation had to be experienced also was aka our ego )

Labeling those we've had intimate relationships with, or those we find difficult, as narcissists or other negative terms doesn’t help them or us. While we may feel the need to vent (I’ve been there too—we’re human), this mindset of separation only reinforces the illusion of "us vs. them." It’s all part of the human experience—exploring and expressing one infinite self through many different forms.

This is part of the creation process.

We can try to run from ourselves, but the truth is that the power to heal and empower lies within us, not in others.

Remember, those around us are on their own internal journeys too—just different versions of ourselves. Sometimes, their role in our lives is to inspire or provoke us to love ourselves more—not to live in fear, avoid pain, or judge others for their struggles. When we truly love ourselves fully, we develop compassion for others and a deeper sense of forgiveness. We begin to see others as whole, conscious beings on their own paths, beyond what we can understand. There’s always a hidden part of God in this reality—a part of God that is beyond what we can see, but we are never disconnected from it. We are all one, no matter what we perceive. Everyone is actively playing out their own life experience, either consciously or unconsciously, as they awaken to their truth.

I’m not above anyone; I’m on this same journey. This is the consciousness I strive to stay in, but there are times when I fall into similar mindsets, caught up in my own experiences and circumstances. However, judging and holding onto those mindsets only further divides and suppresses parts of me. I’ve realized that by doing this, I’m cutting off parts of myself, because everyone is a reflection of me, pushed outward. When we speak of Jesus, we see him as a symbol of holding the entire state of consciousness for others—representing that man and God are one. There is nothing to fear. True compassion for ourselves and for others, in all aspects of ourselves, is the real journey.
